RECONSTITUTION OF INTERNAL COMPLAINT COMMITTEE AND WOMENS FORUM ORDER
In order to prevent, prohibit and redress cases of sexual harassment of women at workplace, it was made mandatory to constitute the Internal Complaints Committee (Sexual harassment complaint committee) at every work place.
