ACHIEVEMENTS

  • 1.   Ashish D, Amal Kumar T, Aswin Radhakrishnan, and Jishad J (Team Plasma) of III Year Mechanical Engineering, received fund from NCERC for the year 2021-2022 , for their innovative project named PLASMA WASTE POWER GENERATOR

  • 2.  Ashish D,Amal Kumar, Askar Ali, Aswin Radhakrishnan, Subin S, Jishad J and Hareesh M (Team Plasma) of III Year Mechanical Engineering, received fund from NCERC on 11th May 2021 , for their innovative project named MEDICAL OXYGEN CONCENTRATOR which has been designed to fight against the shortage of Oxygen in hospitals
With the rapid increase of coronavirus, consumption of oxygen has increased twice. In some areas, due to insufficient oxygen, deaths are reported. Oxygen concentrators available at markets are high in price and can’t afford to an ordinary person or hospitals. So this project would be able to provide a cheap alternative so that it can be used on a large scale and more efficiently. Also this product can save more and more lives of the people who are suffering and this is also a very cheap alternative to other oxygen generating methods currently present in the market.

  • 3.  Ashish D, Subin S, Jishad J and Hareesh M (Team Plasma) of III Year Mechanical Engineering, received fund from IMIT on 20th Feb 2021 , for their innovative project named WASTE INCINERATOR BOX which has been designed to reduce the pollutions caused by non-degradable materials

  • 4.   Ashish D and Team Plasma of III Year Mechanical Engineering, received certificate from IMIT on 20thFeb 2021, for their innovative project named PLASMA HYBRID ENGINE which has been designed to run in both air and electrical energy as fuel for automobile

  • 5.   Ashish D and Team Plasma of III Year Mechanical Engineering, received certificate from INNOVISM on1st Nov 2020, for their innovative project named PLASMA WASTE INCINERATOR which has been designed to reduce the pollution and also to generate electrical energy from waste materials
Due to the increasing excess population, the generation of waste is doubling day by day. Tons of waste material, mostly non-recyclable which is a menace to us and if not resolved, will be a major problem to future generations. This is a product which can burn waste materials without causing any pollution and also an emf is induced in it which can be used for other purposes. Here burning occurs in a closed chamber (pyrolysis) which produces a flammable gas. This gas is used to produce Plasma for power generation. Power generation is by the principle of Faraday’s law. A filtration method is also used.

  • 6.   Ashish D and Team Plasma of III Year Mechanical Engineering, received certificate from BRINC on Nov 2020 for their innovative project named PLASMA WASTE INCINERATOR which has been designed to reduce the pollution and also to generate electrical energy from waste materials

  • 7.   Ashish D received certificate from Kerala Start-up Mission on 25th July 2020 for the innovative project MASK AND GLOVES INCINERATOR which has been designed to fight against the COVID 19 spreading due to used mask and gloves.
It is used to incinerate used mask and gloves and reduce the pollution while incinerating it. Electrostatic Precipitator is used to reduce the amount the pollution while incinerating. Altering this product can be used to incinerate different products without pollution.
